Dr. Kamil Kapoor makes you feel like you are meeting the one from the best ever doctors: intelligent, knowledgeable, caring, and exceptional professional. This time, like after previous injection, I did not have any problems afterwards, just smooth painless healing. Now I am looking forward to see Dr. Kamil Kapoor in 2 month. Dr. Al-Dabbagh quickly and professionally diagnosed and confirmed a serious and dangerous condition that was affecting my vision. He quickly ordered a series of test and prescribed the RX needed to help confirm his diagnosis that did not fall within his specialty as a retina specialist. Dr. Al-Dabbagh promptly referred me to the specialist I needed to see and helped to make the necessary arrangements as my condition was determined to be critical to protect my eyesight and even maybe my life. In my opinion, Dr. Al-Dabbagh's extensive knowledge, critical diagnostic skills and dedication to his patients not only saved my vision, but maybe even my life. Thank you, Dr., Alaa Al-Dabbagh and the entire friendly staff at the Kempsville Circle Wagner Institute.

Dealing with your eyes can be scary. Everyone I came in contact with was very understanding and so nice. From the front desk to the ladies in billing. I spoke to Kelley this morning and yet again amazing customer service.

The wait time was short which is always a plus. The assistants were polite and acted with a caring and pleasing attitude. The doctor presented with a concern and professional manner. I would highly recommend this practice to others

Doctor Berger is a exceptional wonderful Doctor. He was very polite, and did an amazing job to assure me it would be ok before I had my first shot in the eye. I hardly felt it. He is great

Dr Kapoor is the best. He took time to discuss new medications with me as well as administering the injections I needed. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I could not ask for better care.

My appointment was made with the wrong doctor and at the wrong time. No one informed me I was seeing someone else and I have an eye condition. When I arrived for a 8:30 appoint I left at 9:30 as Dr Wagner had not yet arrived. They took all the pictures and such and still had not informed me of the doctor change. The girl at the front desk, Amanda, was very aggressively rude and disrespectful. She raised her voice and I was not even speaking to her. Not only did she interrupt but she TOLD ME LOUDLY AND AGREESIVELY to sit down. This is the face of your practice. I have never been disrespected nor treated like this in a doctor's office before it is very unprofessional. I WILL BE SPEAKING TO MY DOCTOR AND THE MANAGER>
