Committed to being where you need us when you need us, Wagner Kapoor Institute provides the care you need while taking every precaution necessary to keep you safe. Due to the current restrictions and guidelines in place for COVID-19, we are limiting the number of patients in our offices at one time to keep you safe. Due to this, we are now offering telemedicine services to our eligible existing patients. This 2-part hybrid visit includes a
no-contact visit in which you will receive a vision check and have images
taken. This is then followed by a video-conferencing call with one of our
providers to complete your visit from the comfort of your own home.

If eligible, you will be scheduled for your no-contact visit and set up for
a 1-on-1 video conference call with one of our providers. These visits are
designed to keep you and our team safe all the while decreasing the length
of your time in the office. Video conference calls can be done via a
smartphone or computer with a camera. These calls are performed through a
secure HIPPA compliant platform and discuss all findings and next steps for
your care.
