As always, I receive excellent care when I visit Dr. Wagner's practice. The staff is friendly and Dr. Wagner is the most friendly of all.

I think Dr. Wagner is a brilliant man. Every time I go for my appointment, he amazes me with his happy attitude and knowledge about eyes. I've been going to him for about 8 years and he's been able to stop the progression of my macular degeneration. I'm so fortunate that I moved to Virginia Beach and found him. He's a wonderful doctor and person.
