Great personal service. Dr. Kapoor is a top notch eye doctor/surgeon. He and his staff know me by name and go out of their way to make each and every visit to the Kempsville office a wonderful experience. They explain in detail every thing that has happened to my eye and what will happen in upcoming surgeries and visits. Best care ever!!!!

Most recent visit was the same as all previous visits. Staff very pleasant and the technicians very competent . Dr. Wagner is the very best in his field and continues to utilize the very newest and best testing equipment available.
