Dr Kapoor is the ultimate professional. The office runs smoothly, the staff all take care to be sure that you are comfortable and cared for - all with a smile. You will leave with a very good feeling about your situation and the resolution for the problem. I also like the reminder calls and emails keeping you up to date on your appointments. I called the office yesterday with an eye problem, the staff was able to get me in to see Dr. Kapoor by 0945 the same morning. Dr. Kapoor saw me, he completed a full exam identified the problem reassured me and one happy patient was on their way. Thank you!

The visit was fine. However I was told I had the third appointment. When I got there at least 10 people were ahead of me. I would like to think an hour is a good amount of time for a visit unless there is an emergency.

Dr. Kapoor is very kind and understanding of your individual needs. He takes all the time you need to explain your condition and the treatment he recommends. His expertise is well utilized at the Wagner Macula and Retina Center and I am thankful to have him as my doctor.
