My appointments are like visiting family. Everyone is so thoughtful and caring. Dr Kapoor is so knowledgeable that you can trust his decisions. He will take time to show the patient what he is looking for in the pictures and explain things to them. Some Drs feel you are not trusting their ability if you ask them questions. Dr Kapoor encourages you to ask. You will be very satisfied with your visit.

I was early(45 minutes) for my appointment but was seen almost immediately. Everyone that I came in contact with was very friendly, but professional. Everything was explained to me as the staff and Doctor did each evaluation and making sure that I had all of my questions were answered. Very pleased with my overall experience.

Dr. Wagner and his entire staff are very professional, provided outstanding service and I credit them with saving my eye from becoming permanently damaged. Office wait time is minimal, relaxing and well managed. Examination and testing is very proficient and completed by a very well trained, caring staff of technicians.

Love the new Kempsville office. Much larger, brighter and accessible. My check-up went very quickly. Staff is very professional and friendly.

Thank you Dr. Wagner for saving my eye sight. I find the service good, and all your people pleasant & helpful. Only complaint: Chairs in waiting area very uncomfortable. Fortunately, wait is short as a rule.

The staff is quick and efficient. Everyone is very nice and it feels great when they remember your face! Dr. Kapoor is an amazing doctor! He is knowledgeable about diabetic eye disease. Wonderful office!
