All the technicians were pleasant and professional. Dr. Wagner was thorough, informative and answered all of my questions. Best of all I was seen on time and was in and out within an hour and 15 minutes.

I found the office to be well staffed and all were courteous and competent. Dr Wagner is full of charm and is friendly and professional. Wonderful visit this morning,we were so worried about my condition with my eyes. Dr Wagner explained what he was doing,why he was doing it and what would happen down the road if we neglect from doing it. Most impressionable was the kindness,smiles,warmth,and friendliness shown to all. Yes from the Dr and all his staff we came in contact with today.

Other than the fact I had to wait for 2 hours before I saw Dr. Kapoor my experience was good. I was told due to a difficult patient ahead of me, was why I had to wait so long before they could take the required photos of my eye. Other than that everyone was polite and respectful and cheerful.
