I had to wait an hour from my appointed time to be seen, but the office, beverages, and snacks are so welcoming that a person does not become too peeved. :( The technicians were very pleasant and efficient. My technician explained the scan results to me which was thoughtful. Dr. Wagner was his normal professional, caring, and efficient self. When a patient is improving and overcoming hurdles, he reflects a genuine compassion and happiness for him/her. :)

I was referred to Dr. Wagner to treat a macula hole. The macula hole was radically distorting vision in my right eye and in time I would have lost vision. Dr. Wagner repaired the hole on March 21. Today (June 15) my vision is good and without distortion. My vision continues to improve and I believe my vision will even be better a few months from now. I am grateful to Dr. Wagner and his excellent staff for the work they have done.

Dr. Kapoor is always very friendly and thorough. Even though you know he has patients lined up, I never feel rushed. He explains everything in laymen's terms. The office has a very nice, friendly atmosphere and the tech's know exactly what they are to do and keep everything running smoothly.
