I had to wait an hour from my appointed time to be seen, but the office, beverages, and snacks are so welcoming that a person does not become too peeved. :( The technicians were very pleasant and efficient. My technician explained the scan results to me which was thoughtful. Dr. Wagner was his normal professional, caring, and efficient self. When a patient is improving and overcoming hurdles, he reflects a genuine compassion and happiness for him/her. :)
