I was in severe pain and discomfort. I was extremely afraid. My eye was very sore and tender to the touch. I couldn't bear to even open the eye. The staff showed me so much patience and allowed me time to calm myself down as they talked to me and re-assured me that they would take good care of me. They talked me through every process as they proceeded. They made me rest in their knowledge of how to take care of me. I recommend this excellent staff to anyone in need of eye care.

Every single person in the office was wonderful. I came in with a retinal tear and by that afternoon had a laser procedure that saved my sight. 5 stars really isn't enough. Dr.. Wagner was kind,caring, funny in a stressful moment. I never felt he was in a hurry or that I wasn't the most important patient that day. He exceeded all of the great expectations I had of him from other patients.

the process from the moment I checked in until I was discharged was professional and personal. The staff made me feel comfortable, and explained what was happening through out the procedure. My fears were eliminated very early on. The operation interview and exam were thorough. I am recuperating currently and suffered no pain at anytime since the operation. . Thank you Dr. Kapoor and all the staff.

At first when I was told I had a hole in my retina I was really upset. My eye doctor referred me to Dr. Wagner and she said he is the best eye retina man in the area. I was skeptical when I had my first appointment. I got there everyone was so nice and explained what they were doing. Dr. Wagner assured me that he could fix the hole in the retina. He explained without fixing it my eye sight would get worse over time. I opted to have the operation. Dr. Wagner certainly knows his business when it comes to eyes. Don't get me wrong it is scary at first but I am happy I went and I will go back again if I have another problem. Just want to say thanks to Dr. Wagner and his staff.

Did not feel the new refraction equipment was a very good process as there was a high degree of light and reflection in the testing room. In addition the equipment hindered/restricted me from using my progressive lens .

Can't say having a needle stuck in one's eye is a pleasurable experience, but Dr. Kapoor and his staff make it as pleasant as possible. I always get the impression that they all have all the time in the world to discuss things with you and that they're personally very glad to see you. I feel fortunate to have such amazing people treat my macular degeneration.

Great service by staff and nurses. Doctor Kapoor was very professional, he takes the time to display visual imaging associated with needed treatments and seems to only provide the best measured treatments needed to resolve on going issues. Easy 5 stars.
