Arrived for my appointment 45 minutes early. I thought that I could just sit and wait for my scheduled ti8me but I was ushered right vin to process my prelimi9nary eye tests etc. Dr Kapoor met with me after a short wait and the entire experience was very
professional and I left the office in a very timely and efficient way..

Staff is excellent. Dr. Wagner very nice. I wish his scheduling back to back with patients to be schedule so he can actually spend more time least 10-15 minutes. I'm very pleased with the entire staff

The staff was courteous and helpful. Got in and out very quickly even when they were experiencing computer problems. Dr. Kapoor explained everything to me regarding my condition. Great experience under the circumstances.

Dr. Kapoor and staff were attentive and caring during my visit. Dr. Kapoor is always willing to spend some time explaining what he sees in the photographs, what it means and if any changes are necessary in my treatment. This creates a real feeling of confidence in him.

Mother had an appointment with Dr. Wagner and went to the Hampton office and should have been at the
Churchland office. The desk personnel were very polite and asked the staff/doctor if he could see my mother. They did and were very polite and caring to my mother.

My visit today went extremely well. There was almost no wait time. As usual, all of the associates were very kind and respectful. Actually, the injection itself seemed less stressful than normal!
