I love have Dr. Kapoor as my retinal specialist! Not only does he always reassure my worries but he also called me to let me know he you d articles on the new medication I am on and the affects it may or may not have on another procedure i am doing. It meant lots to me how he cares for his patients.

Dr Kapoor and I talk to each other as educated people with similar interests. It is a good human relationship going beyond doctor-patient. Together we are doing a good job of healing.

I have seen many different eye doctors this past year. Before serving Dr. Kippur, I was only rushed out the door left with more questions than before. At Wagner's, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The assistant was easy to talk to and her friendliness helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Kapoor addressed my concerns thoroughly by asking me questions and explaining things to me. He also did a thorough exam and explained the results without me having to ask a lot of questions. For once I have no unanswered questions! I also received a discount for self-paying my balance in full. For all of those reasons, I highly recommend!

MY OFFICE VISITS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN MET BY FRIENDLY GREETING STAFF MEMBERS . WHO HAVE ANSWERED
ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE HAD WITH KNOWLEDGEABLE ANSWERS. PATIENTS ARE KEPT UP TO DATE SHOULD
THEIR APPOINTMENT BE DELAYED BY ANY EMERGENCY. DOCTORS ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND EXPLAIN
ALL MEDICAL TREATMENT AND TESTS NEEDED BY THE PATIENT. THIS WILL ALWAYS PREVENT STRESS AND
HELPS PATIENTS TO RELAX THEREFORE, HELPING THE TECHNITION COMPLETE THEIR TESTING . THIS
KEEPS THE SYSTEM ON SCHEDULE. ALL MEMBERS WORK SO WELL TOGETHER AND EVEN UNDER STRESSFUL
CONDITIONS ARE ALWAYS KIND AND CONSIDERATE.

Finally figured out I was sensitive to Betadine drops . Usually in so much pain after shots . Today was so different bcs no betadine drops. I came home and was normal usually I would be tearing and pain for 3 hrs. Today was great .

I am dealing with an eye problem and of course most all eye problems are scary. Dr. Kapoor is keeping close check on my eye as we progress through the situation. He makes me feel very comfortable and that I am in good hands. Thank you!

Always a pleasant visit with Dr Wagner, Very cheerful and handles the senior citizens with much care.
The only negative is the time in the office is "always" 90 minutes or much more.
