Can't say having a needle stuck in one's eye is a pleasurable experience, but Dr. Kapoor and his staff make it as pleasant as possible. I always get the impression that they all have all the time in the world to discuss things with you and that they're personally very glad to see you. I feel fortunate to have such amazing people treat my macular degeneration.

Great service by staff and nurses. Doctor Kapoor was very professional, he takes the time to display visual imaging associated with needed treatments and seems to only provide the best measured treatments needed to resolve on going issues. Easy 5 stars.

I love have Dr. Kapoor as my retinal specialist! Not only does he always reassure my worries but he also called me to let me know he you d articles on the new medication I am on and the affects it may or may not have on another procedure i am doing. It meant lots to me how he cares for his patients.

I have seen many different eye doctors this past year. Before serving Dr. Kippur, I was only rushed out the door left with more questions than before. At Wagner's, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The assistant was easy to talk to and her friendliness helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Kapoor addressed my concerns thoroughly by asking me questions and explaining things to me. He also did a thorough exam and explained the results without me having to ask a lot of questions. For once I have no unanswered questions! I also received a discount for self-paying my balance in full. For all of those reasons, I highly recommend!

MY OFFICE VISITS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN MET BY FRIENDLY GREETING STAFF MEMBERS . WHO HAVE ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE HAD WITH KNOWLEDGEABLE ANSWERS. PATIENTS ARE KEPT UP TO DATE SHOULD THEIR APPOINTMENT BE DELAYED BY ANY EMERGENCY. DOCTORS ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND EXPLAIN ALL MEDICAL TREATMENT AND TESTS NEEDED BY THE PATIENT. THIS WILL ALWAYS PREVENT STRESS AND HELPS PATIENTS TO RELAX THEREFORE, HELPING THE TECHNITION COMPLETE THEIR TESTING . THIS KEEPS THE SYSTEM ON SCHEDULE. ALL MEMBERS WORK SO WELL TOGETHER AND EVEN UNDER STRESSFUL CONDITIONS ARE ALWAYS KIND AND CONSIDERATE.

Dr. Kapoor is always pleasant and willing to take the time to answer any and all questions. I'm sure he saved the sight in my right eye. I'm very pleased that his group now comes to Suffolk.
