I was recently having problems with my eyes and they quickly found me an appointment. So thankful for them and the surgery on my eyes. With time, my eyesight will continue to improve.. Great place. Great people. Great receptionists. I have always gone to the office on Kempsville Road in Norfolk. However, I recently had an opportunity to visit the office on Marcella Road in Hampton, Va. It was a great distance from my home and the other office in Norfolk, but well worth it. Though it may be a bit far out for some of you, I highly recommend going to this particular office at least once. I guarantee you will always want to go here. No overcrowding and very spacious. Loved it... Again---Great Place!!!

The entire staff was great from the moment I walked into to door until I left. Dr. Wagner is an amazing Doctor and made me feel very comfortable with his findings which was nothing wrong with my eyes. The office is very customer service focus and accommodating. Would highly recommend!!!

Dr. Kapoor is an excellent communicator and strait talking easy to understand expert in his field. However on my last visit I heard for the first time that scar tissue buildup in the eye as a result of the injection therapy I have had over the last 4 years can cause pressure increase in the eye. The pressure was too high to permit the eyelea injection I needed so eye drops were prescribed to lower the pressure. The first drop I placed in my eye caused a severe burning pain sensation that lasted over 24 hours so I called Wagner Assoc to request support. It took two calls before I received feedback addressing my problem. Seems you need to ask all the right questions to hear possible outcomes from the treatments prescribed. That's hard to do for the patient.

Dr Wagner and his staff were extremely efficient and most respectful of the patients time .
With every step of the exams, a thorough explanation was given. Most importantly,
Dr Wagner has a unique ability to allay the fear of an unknown procedure, making it much more
pleasant an experience. His office is a model of how a medical practice should run.
