Staff is great. Doctor is super. The only glitch this time was that my next appointment date was messed up: February instead of March which I didn't notice till getting home and which required me to phone the office and get it all straightened out. They did it expediltiously.

Long wait, but staff does miracles. Would like for Dr. Wagner to take a little more time to explain what's happened and what more to expect.

I have the upmost respect for Dr Kapoor and his staff. They are always very knowledgeable and concerned about my health. I will recommend them to anyone that is in need of a very professional Dr. and staff. Dr. Kapoor is not only my doctor but has become a wonderful friend of mine.

My experience with Dr. Wagner and his staff was totally worth a 5 star.The staff was very friendly and efficient. The wait was reasonable. and Dr. Wagner was polite, funny and most importantly thorough. He also had a interesting way of explaining my condition to me and my husband.

I had met Dr. Wagner sometime ago when my daughter was in need of an excellent ophthalmologist. So, when I found myself in the need of the same, I came to Dr. Wagner. Dr. Wagner will tell you "like it is" but with kindness and compassion. I have full confidence that he will do everything in his power to save my sight.
Dr. Wagner's office staff was polite and helpful and his assistants who administered my test made me feel at ease all through the process.

Love the staff at the Wagner clinic. Dr. Wagner was especially friendly and professional. However, I forgot to ask him about Macular Pucker. It had been mentioned to me at Beach Eye Care that I had that condition and I wanted to ask Dr. Wagner his opinion. If the office could contact me about this question, it would be appreciated.

Dr Kapoor explained the 4-minute laser procedure and what I could expect. I didn't feel rushed when I asked questions. He showed me pictures of my eyes and the problem in my left eye. He calmed my anxieties and took his time with me, and for that he deserves the top rating.

I really like the people who are employed at this office! I feel appreciated as a person not just a patient! Any requests are attended to quickly! All questions are answered to my understanding not just words by the professional! Kudos to this office!
