I always have a great experience with the staff. Always helpful and genuine concern when I come in about how I feel. I even appreciate Dr. Kapoor and how he explains ever step and he too is genuinely concerned about me as his patient.
I don't feel like a number, I feel like a person/ patient.

Give five stars plus today. I checked in at the front and paid my copay. I sat down and in less than 5 minutes I was called into the screening room. After that was done I went into the picture room and then the next picture room and then into the exam room. That has never happened before. The team went up and beyond today. BIG KUDOS!!!

The Doctors and their staff are truly very professional , caring, and show that they really care about their patients, and the patients overall experiences. I for one will certainly recommend the Wagner Center to anyone seeking the care that Dr Alan Wagner, and his terrific staff offers.

Dr. Kapoor is always upbeat and friendly. He patiently answers all my questions and reviews test results with me. I am extremely grateful for the care he affords me when administering shots to my eye. I would recommend him to other patients.
The only drawback to each appointment is the sometimes long wait time to see the doctor. Additionally, the chairs in the waiting room are very uncomfortable when you have to sit in them for upwards of 60+ minutes.

Staff very professional and friendly.
Dr. Wagner explained everything is a way that was easy to understand. I did not have to wait to see the staff or the doctor. One of the few doctors offices that seem to understand a patients time is valuable too.

Love this office and Dr. Kapoor! I have been coming to this office for over a year now and have had 7 eye procedures including retinal tears and a macular hole. Dr. Kapoor has always had my best interest in mind and has given me excellent advice.
