Always pleasant. Even though I was late due to car problems, they took me right in, and I wasn't put to the back. Dr. Kapoor is always smiling and will listen to you, or address any concerns. I feel I am in very good hands when I go there.

The visit was well organized for the most part. However after the initial tests were completed, I waited at least 25 minutes until Dr. Wagner came into my treatment room. There was no explanation given to me concerning the delay by the staff.

Dr. Wagner and Dr. Kapoor both have my trust and respect. Over the course of three years now I've been treated with care and all of my questions answered. The entire staff are professional and competent. I highly recommend this practice!
