Friendly, professional, wait seems less with the tv entertainment and refreshments. The lobby is colorful and ample for wheelchairs etc (at least at the Hilltop office).

Dr. Kapoor is amazing. He is very thoughtful and is so up to date on all treatments for my condition. He makes you feel special and important to him as a patient. the staff at the Greenbrier office is great.

I arrived 5 minutes before appt and was called in right on time which is such a pleasant experience. Most dr appointments are not as prompt. As always, the staff was very professional and friendly. I'm always a little nervous about the shot, however, Dr. Kapoor does a wonderful job of administering it with little or no pain.

Always pleasant. Even though I was late due to car problems, they took me right in, and I wasn't put to the back. Dr. Kapoor is always smiling and will listen to you, or address any concerns. I feel I am in very good hands when I go there. Ed B

Dr. Wagner believes in partnership and education regarding eye health. My eye care program us painful, however my vision is restored and I always understand my options.
