The visit was well organized for the most part. However after the initial tests were completed, I waited at least 25 minutes until Dr. Wagner came into my treatment room. There was no explanation given to me concerning the delay by the staff.

Dr. Wagner and Dr. Kapoor both have my trust and respect. Over the course of three years now I've been treated with care and all of my questions answered. The entire staff are professional and competent. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Kapoor is great!!!!! He helped stabilize my retinopathy, and I am seeing better than I have in a long time.. He is highly skilled with a manner that is warm and encouraging. (I started with Dr. Wagner but began seeing Dr. Kapoor due to a scheduling need. I was more than pleased with Dr. Wagner ,too) i give my highest recommendation.

1. Receptionist was very warm and pleasant. 2. Was promptly served. 3. Technicians were pleasant and professional. 4. Dr. Kapaoor was pleasant and easy to talk to. He took time to anser any questions and left the door open to return if symptons re-occurred. 5. Will continue going to this practice for any concerns if needed.

Outstanding appointment yesterday! The staff was very cheerful and friendly. Not sure who the young lady was who numbed my eye, but it was the most pain free injection to date!

I have been coming to this retinal practice for 7 years to receive treatment for WetAMD. It has always been an experience of pleasant technicians and efficient care, However today was exceptional!! I was seen quickly for testing and picture taking. As usual Dr. Kapoor was was very friendly, informative about how the vessels in my eye are doing, and administered two eye injections without patient discomfort. The technician had administered generous amounts of numbing drops prior to injection. I have not had the usual floaters that often occur for 24 hours following injections. The office visit only took 30 minutes! That is a record!!
